Émane Agency (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What we collect
When you use our forms, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, and message, plus, for roster requests, your creator shortlist, and for applications, your city, social media handles, or portfolio links.
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on Google's servers under Google's privacy policy; we use it only for aggregate statistics, never to identify you or for advertising. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We also keep anonymous, cookie-free counts of creator-profile views.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: responding to you. That means answering inquiries, preparing the roster you requested, or evaluating your application to join the team or the roster. We never sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with our service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Workspace (email). Some of these providers process data outside Québec and Canada, primarily in the United States, where it is protected by contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us at the address below. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

Third-party content
Creator profiles can showcase Instagram or TikTok videos. These players load only if you press play; at that point Meta or TikTok may set cookies and process your data under their own privacy policies. Simply visiting a profile loads nothing from these platforms.
